Leeds Ladies FA Cup final 5th May
April. 15th, 2008
Ticket sales for the FA Women's Cup Final, to be played at Nottingham Forest's City Ground on Bank Holiday Monday, 5 May, have passed the 10,000 mark.
"It's going to be a great occasion," said Leeds United Ladies Chairperson, Mel Vauvelle-Don, "and I know that the FA is hoping to break the attendance record at this year's Final. It would be great to have as many Leeds fans there as possible. It's a Bank Holiday, and Nottingham is only 90 minutes away. The ground is even close enough to walk to from the train station!
"If you haven't bought your tickets yet, you can do so when we face Liverpool at Tadcaster on Thursday 20 April.
"You can also order them online or by phone. "The Trent End Lower is our part of the ground for the day, and it would be great for the players to run out to a sea of white shirts and scarves and to the kind of reception only Leeds fans can give."
A coach is being run to this game by a Leeds based Supporters Club branch. If any Trust member is interested in attending then please let us know and we will pass on your details. There is a link to the Ladies website on this site.
